How do I call a real person at PayPal instead of using the AI chat bot?

How do I speak to a real person at PayPal about a seller not honoring their guarantee to pay the return shipping on a piece of crap product? The advertised guarantee stated that the seller would pay the return shipping but the seller is trying to make me pay out of my pocket to send the crap to China even though it was shipped from a warehouse in the US or Canada. The sellers only response to my complaint is for me to give them a tracking number showing that I have shipped them back. The seller needs to send a prepaid shipping label so I can send them back. This seller is very fraudulent in that the product is a piece of crap. They are not honoring anything in their advertised guarantee that the shipping to me and the shipping back to them is all covered by the seller. I was given a sales proof of purchase for $44.97 with the line item of shipping as FREE. But the seller charged my PayPal $53.96 as they tacked on shipping and insurance that I did not ask for or agree to. Now the seller is refusing to cover the return shipping. I sent proof of all this but PayPal seems to be ignoring those facts. My suspicions are that the AI bot just forwarded my complaint to the seller without a real person reading the details to see the seller is a fraud. So I want to call and speak to a real person to help me in this dispute.

I do understand that you want help related to your dispute with a seller. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.
