I've been waiting for over 2 months for a resolution on my dispute case [Removed]. Despite promises, I haven't received a refund of $728.97 or an update. I've been told to expect resolution by Sept 2nd and then within 24-48 hours, but nothing has happened. Can anyone help me get a concrete solution or escalate this issue?
