You can no longer use PayPal

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business in. We noticed activity in your account that's inconsistent with our User Agreement and therefore can no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank or card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed, nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information, but you can’t send or receive payments. Funds in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about withdrawing your funds.

I made a purchase at greangeeks.com, and they stole my money. Thanks for getting them back to my account, but the problem after I received the refund was that you limited my account, and I waited for 180 days. You know the meaning of 180 days. I hope if they steal the money and my account is still working...

I want to use PayPal; I have some money in it.

What can I do with a limited PayPal account?

please help

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

A permanently limited account can rarely be appealed.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
