Bank card across 2 accounts, 1 is restricted. Will it prevent the unrestricted 1 from using it?

I've had a paypal account for years with my bank card connected to it. I created a secondary account with incorrect details but connected my bank card (the same card) to it as well. It has since had restrictions put in place requesting information I cant provide, leading to permanent restrictions on the second account

My question is will the second account's restrictions interfere with my ability to use my first account as they share the same bank card details?

If you have a permanent limitation applied then it means you can't use paypal anymore.

You are only allowed a maximum of 2 paypal accounts IF x1 is a personal account and the other x1 is a business account.

You would need to check with customer services if they will allow you to use another account now you have been permanently banned.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
