I'm sorry to hear that your transaction didn't turn out as expected. It seems like you're referring to an intangible/virtual item that has not been received. If you haven't received it, please file a dispute, I recommend referring to this Help Center article: How do I open a dispute with a seller? Once you file a case, our concern team will investigate and will get back to you with updates via email and Resolution Center. If you need additional assistance on the process or facing any issues during the process, please contact PayPal Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM on Instagram, Twitter, or a PM to Facebook.
