account limitations

I have just received that "We have good news. We have noticed that you maintain a consistent sales history and that you have developed solid relationships with your customers. For this reason, we provide you with immediate access to €1,583.00 EUR in sales per month, from €1,198.00 EUR.".....but i didn't ask it !!!!!!! Besides, my activities are occasionally only. How can I undo that?

Are you sure its not a spoof? Check with phishing@paypal.com

If not then check with customer services?
