Receiver claims that they didn’t get the money

I sent money to a seller and the transaction says completed. The seller claims that they haven’t received the payment . What should I do? How long do I need to wait until they receive the money?

Does the seller say its on hold or they can't see the payment at all?

If the latter than double check the email address the funds went to and make sure there were no spelling mistakes when you sent the funds.

If still no luck then you may have to file a dispute for non receipt of item to get the funds back as long as you used the goods/services option and not friends/family?
