MY xoom money pay pal account was hacked by a hacker for 16000 us dollars and xoom has refused to return the money after repeated negotiations. These are unauthorized transactions. I did not make them. Please do not use xoom ur bank account is liked to it. They are trying to destroy the evidence, however i have downloaded all the suspicious activity. I will continue to post this all over the internet. Please xoom mangers return my money.
