Why my account set to permanently limited mode, and shows that you are no longer use PayPal ?

why my account shows that permanently limited, and received an wrong information on the email, that says that the my age less than 18 year and account held & limited for 180 days.. looking ahead that currently my age probably is 20+ . And, kindly fixed the unexpected problem, in ASAP..
And, also i have messaged to the PayPal customer care through the "Message Center" .

Were you over 18 when you opened your paypal account?
If not then it would not matter what your age is now as once paypal realised you opened it under 18 then it would be limited permanently as an illegally opened minor account.
Suggest you contact customer services and ask if you can open another paypal account, they may not allow it if you did as per above with the first account but best to check if they will.

But i opened my business account over the 20 year age, not the under the 18 year age.. I have proof that my age over the 18 years.., But i don't know why PayPal suspending my account ! ..
Just what happened the previous day , when i uploaded my pan card proof for the business purpose, then 2 minutes after received the limitation email..
Mainly i opened my account previous day and thereafter it happened..
Please fixing the issue for my best luck.. Then i really Grateful for you..

o.k then although you can rarely appeal a permanent ban if you want to try then contact customer services.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).

I already send message along with identity proof (such as., Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Voter Card )to the PayPal Message Center on yesterday after the incident was happened. From there no resolution coming ..
Very disappointed about that.. and here the screenshot proof.
