Why is my financial suitted documents showing confirmation in progress?

My PayPal was limited on 19th January. I submitted the necessary documents, but the one I submitted in financial section is still showing confirmation in progress till today, 10th Feb. I was not told what the problem was, nor given an opportunity to correct whatever mistake I'd made (if I had made any). Now my account has been limited further to the point where I can't receive money. But what I don't understand is after this further limitation, why does Pay Pal still receive and withhold my money? This has made me to loose $50 now and counting. Please I need something to be done about this.

I have tried messaging since my calls don't seem to be going through. But I'm told that a PayPal assistant is not available. If I leave a message, I receive no reply at all.

Please, I need your help with this. Can you give me more info with your reply? I don't understand, and I need to resolve this, or else I'll keep losing money, and that's not fair. There's no point in me having this account when I can't even get the money paid into it. What's the point? I need help here please.
