My brother had his unemployment check deposited to my account. PayPal permanently restricted my account and has held the money for 5 years. My brother has mental retardation and continues EVERY day to ask me why I will not give him his money from covid. It puts tears in my eyes when I have to explain that PayPal will not let him have it. He does not understand. I have ask PayPal to return the money to unemployment and they refuse. How can they do this to a person of his statue? Why are they so cruel?
