Why am I getting an email saying I have a shopping notification for Simons?

I have never shopped at Simons but I have received a first and a follow up email saying this. When I click on it it just takes me to the main PayPal page and I cannot find any notification.

I received the same email this morning. I have read that it’s Spam from PayPal. Going to contact them today as I thought someone might have hacked my PayPal account. Grrrr

Log into your account, you should notice that they are offering you discount for shopping at the store. shure got my attention too !
