Wellnee patches. Made an order and have been charged for a second order I never ordered. Contacted company but said there is nothing they can do. Happened to others on a regular basis
Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it? Click on the profile / settings tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

If it has been flagged up by a number of people for the same reason then PayPal and the banking system should not allow Wellnee to operate through there/our banking system. Regards
