Scammed by Wellnee

When I tried to order one pack of Wellnee patches on line I got a message stating my order was declined. Next day I received an email saying they were shipping me 4 four times what I tried to order. I email them immediately to cancel that order to to avail. They sent me a tracking no instead.. After two more emails I am being ignored.. They even set up an Automatic Payment in my Pay Pal account to make it look as if I did it.. Naturally I have cancelled it.. I Google them to discover several people have been scamed in the same way.. Any advice?

I have had this problem with Wellnee as well. PayPal said they can’t do anything as the transaction has been carried out correctly. Sorry but I did not authorize the second transaction so have opened an appeal, awaiting the outcome. In the meantime far more than I ordered is currently held up in Madrid customs probably never to be seen again - hence the original order of only one packet, to see if it would arrive without risking losing too much money. Hi Julie.. Sorry to hear you got scammed as well.. I'm afraid I got no help from PayPal on the matter.. I sent them all my email and explained in detail, but said they could find no fault in my order..

I was victim of this fake business Wellnee, they are not sellers, they are stiller!! I order 2x boxes for $32 and they send me 8 boxes for $95 !!! All my messages to stop delivery was ignored and they shipped even I SAID MANY TIMES to stop delivery and cancel my order!! Even worst, PayPal accepted pay them, two charges and my dispute ask money back was declined by PayPal, very disappointed!!

Whst happened with paypal? I cancelled my payment to wellnee and told them that i had. Paypal should be protecting the buyer.

Me too I was victim of Wellnee and PayPal refused to stop Wellnee to pick more money from my account..no more trust 100% in PayPal payment security system. Sorry for you, me and other victims...

How can they continue with this scam? Paypal need to give us a refund

I got scammed too. They don’t work at all and they say if you are not happy, they will give you money back, that is the guarantee.

I did send a request and they send me a request number, but never contact me.

i did send more emails, but nothing.

So…the 30 days are over and the patches don’t work at all, they only make my knee hot.

A waste of money.

Same happened to me. I was planning to order 1 box to try, but there was no order shown to review, it was automatically put through. Along with 4x boxes and charges for them..... Seems to be a pattern. Something they have found is allowed and honored by Paypal and apparently it works every time for them.

I got an alert or the charges from my credit card so i immediately canceled both orders. Which Paypal wouldn't honor, My credit card so far won't cancel. I did report them to the better business bureau. Apparently won't help anyone because it is totally supported by Paypal. SAD.
