Hello community. Yesterday I bought tickets on Viagogo.com, but then I realized I should find some reviews for it. I found it to be a scam site. Viagogo emailed me that the payment was not successful, but Paypal says the payment is still pending to be processed. How can I cancel this payment?

You can only cancel a pending payment if its gone to a non existent email address and has a cancel option as the payment can't ever complete.

When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
