I received 2 security codes 1 min apart, that I did not request. Problem?

I received 2 security codes one minute apart this morning, that I did not request. Could there be a problem here?

i am also having this issue, it has happened about 6 times in the last few months. i think someone else is trying to access my paypal. i’m not sure of a solution
