Urgent Inquiry: Account Deactivation - Seeking Clarification and Resolution

Dear PayPal Community,

I am writing on behalf of FATCHY LTD, a registered company based in the UK. We were recently informed about the deactivation of our payment processing abilities and are reaching out for clarification and possible reconsideration.

**Business Nature:** We provide services which are entirely within legal parameters. A brief overview of our offerings can be seen on our website, and we are committed to maintaining transparency in our business operations.

**Transaction History:** We have had only two sales processed through PayPal. Both transactions were legitimate, without any disputes or chargebacks from our clients.

**Compliance:** We always strive to abide by the guidelines set by payment processors, including PayPal, and any local laws in jurisdictions we operate in.

We are deeply concerned and somewhat perplexed by the deactivation, especially given our limited transaction history and full compliance with your policies. Furthermore, I'd like to mention that our business operations and our association with PayPal should be based purely on business performance and compliance. We hope factors unrelated to these, such as national origin or personal religious choices, do not influence any decisions.

We kindly request a detailed review of our account and would appreciate any specific information or reasons that led to this decision. We are more than willing to cooperate, provide any necessary documentation, or make adjustments if needed to comply with PayPal's guidelines.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We eagerly await your response and guidance on the next steps.

Warm regards,

Amal [removed]
Representative, FATCHY LTD
