I registered my PayPal account on November 3, 2023, but did not verify it immediately. When I wanted to use my account in February this year, I found that it had been permanently banned and could not be verified. What should I do? PS: 1. When I was registering, I accidentally set up my personal account as a business account 2. I can't solve this problem on weekdays.

Unfortunately, accounts placed on ban cannot be recovered regardless of its verification status. Your account was definitely banned because it was unverified and unused for a period of time. You should bear in mind that as a result of the ban, Paypal no longer wants you to use the account and it MAY be impossible to open another account of the same type (personal or business) since you cannot close/delete banned accounts.
You can contact customer care when you login to your account for further assistance or use the link below;
