These **bleep** wont give me my money from a check i cashed now they sent my money to soneone and wont refund the payme t back to my acct

Sorry no idea what you are talking about as you have given way too little information.

May be try actually explaining what has happened and who they gave the money to.

Paypal don't just send your funds randomly to another person and neither do they steal funds.
