I've received payment for an upcoming conference. The charge was disputed by the buyer. When I contacted the buyer, I learned that it was a mistake on their end. Their credit card was stolen after making this purchase, and they had to identify charges that weren't theirs. I guess the charge wasn't easily identifiable and they accidentally included that charge as a fraudulent one. How do I handle the dispute so that I'm not charged a dispute fee or have to eat the PayPal fees?

Ask the buyer to cancel the chargeback for that transaction with their card issuer.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
