HOW DO I CANCEL ACTITECH

Please advise how to have Actitech removed from any link to my account

i have charges for Jan-Feb-Mar-Apr 2024 from Actitech which I have tried cancelling for months. They lied and said charges would be removed and account cancelled. I just received another charge today. Please advise.  i JUST WAS THIS ACTITECH REMOVED AND CANCELLED FOR GOOD

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
