I started a PayPal dispute with a seller over some malfunctioning goods and I just got a notification saying that I needed to submit something to the claim. So I opened the dispute in the resolution center but all that's there is my original message and that's it. There is no response from the seller and nowhere for me to add any of the information supposedly requested. I'm kind of worried because in the email PayPal sent me it says I only have 3 days to submit the info or the case will be closed in the sellers favor. What should I do?

If clicking on the settings or 3 dots icons on the right side of the page don't bring up any options then ask paypal to send you a upload link?
