Uber payment uk limited

I’ve just had a charge of £5.99 for Uber payment UK, however the transaction does not show on my uber account, possibly someone has used my paypal account to pay for a uber service. I’ve disputed with paypal, have change my password and now got an email saying it was no unauthorised?!? How can I cancel, dispute this? Have contacted uber with the transaction number to see if I get any reply…

If your Uber account was breached and someone used your existing billing agreement to make transactions from your Uber account, the transactions would be indistinguishable from legitimate activity in your PayPal account and PayPal would not be able to determine that they are fraudulent.

Uber would be the only entity that could potentially reverse the transactions and credit the spent funds to you, if that is within their policy to do.
