Trying to accept partial refund error message

Trying to accept a partial refund from vendor error message “we’re sorry, looks like something went wrong on our end. Please try to submit again” I try again and same message. Please help

I am sorry to hear you are having issues accepting a partial refund on a PayPal case. 

 

Please ensure you are accessing the case and your Resolution Center via the PayPal Website. It can also help to clear your cache/cookies and try an alternative browser.
