Transactions that I dont recognise labelled as 'PAYPAL' in my bank statement.

There are some transactions that I dont recognise labelled as 'PAYPAL' in my bank statement. 

First, 29,80 euros were debited, then refunded, then debited again in the same day. This happened again with a different amount (22,80 euros on the same day). I really don't recognise what vendor that could be. 

Also I opened a dispute on paypal.com asking about this but they closed my request without explanations and they didnt give me any details either. 

I just would like to find out if these transactions were legit and I just didnt recognise it.

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and didn't log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a guest buyer.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.

If that is not the case then contact customer services and your card issuer to query the transactions.
