THE BUYER RECEIVED AND SIGNED THE PACKAGE AND STILL WON THE CASE OF INR

Seller here, Buyer opened item not received, Got refunded even though He received and signed for the package.

The item is an expensive watch Valued OVER $5,000+.

I Sold the item on September 8th. I shipped Same day and the package was delivered the next day.

I Have Everything documented. I Have a photo of the actual package which shows the shipping label with all the info of the package.

I have the tracking number from FedEx that clearly shows the item WHOLE history and Delivery INFORMATION, AND CLEARLY STATES IT WAS DELIVERED ON SEPTEMBER 9TH AND SIGNED BY THE BUYER. 

I HAVE A DETAILED PDF DIRECTLY FROM FedEx that shows all the details of the package, shipper, weight,Recipient,Singature everyhing.

He opened a case on September 11th claiming he never got the package, After I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES PROVIDING ALL MY EVIDENCE TO PAYPAL, THE BACK OFFICE TEAM DECIDED TO REVERSE THE PAYMENT AND REFUND THE BUYER.

IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 2 WEEKS NOW THAT I'VE BEEN TOLD FROM THE PHONE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ALMOST DAILY NOW THAT THEY WILL APPEAL MANUALLY THE CASE.

THE CASE HAS BEEN APPEALED TWICE AND STILL SAME RESULT. CLOSED IN THE BUYER'S FAVOUR.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE I WANT THIS TO BE ESCALATED TO THE HIGHEST SUPERVISION TEAM AND HAVE THIS CHECKED BY A REAL HUMAN BEING.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I WANT YOU PEOPLE TO HELP ME OUT.
