I ordered a product called a Super Locker (large fold out craft storage cabinet with work table) which was advertised on FB from Ferris.store. After a month, what arrived was instead a tiny plastic storage container. Has anyone else had the same experience? After searching the internet, I am lead to believe this is a scam.
contact the post office with that tracking #. Did you receive something or did they change your address? Send your proof of fraud to executive office at paypal. Keep filing, took me 4 times to get a refund. What a waste of time and energy! Paypal should be ashamed of themselves.
I had the same issue, I also ordered the Super Locker and the Computer Gaming ChairErgonomic Game Chair from a website called LCBlue.store, which is no longer a valid website and I received a small storage (box) container, something that could of been purchased at Dollar tree and a "cushion" which reminds me of a table place setting. I am so disappointed, and **bleep**! I am disputing it right now!
I too got the tiny pink box instead of the superlocker cabinet. The seller said if i sent it back they would refund me. It cist $60 to send it back to china. I am so **bleep**. N oaypal only gives me this sulution or close it. If there are this many of usvwhy doesnt paypal already know n send the refund? Im on social security n $23 is $23.
Paypal do a return shipping scheme where you can claim back the cost of returning. Make sure you take it out before returning and send them the info inc photos of package and return address etc. Open up comunication via the messages and screen shot if you can this thread. It took a while bit thats what i did and eventually got my money back. Good luck
OMG! I'm so sorry to hear that you too were scammed by this crook. I guess you didn't bother to send it back to them? I think PayPal would have helped with the payment to send back. Could you share what you did with me? I want to find a way to catch this crook & have him prosecuted .
I also got the small plastic container, I sent an email and got the reply 'your purchase has been delivered. I sent a pic of what I ordered and a pic of what came....still waiting for a reply, but link has been taken down.
Raise a dispute with paypal. Take photos and attach them, saying its not what you ordered. If you can add the link too this thread. Also take out paypal return postage scheme. They will tell you too post it back to china, but with this you will recieve the postage cost back. Keep chasing it and you will eventually get your money back. Thats what i did. Good luck.
I am going thru the same thing right now. Talked to the post office and tracking number was for another address and it was 3 Oz. Filed a dispute with PayPal yesterday we will see what happens
