There is a transaction on my account to a company I have never heard of. There are no details about what item/product I purchased, only an order number. I have searched my emails and no order confirmations other than the paypal email authorising the transaction. I reported this to paypal but they have closed my case saying there were no unauthorised transactions. How can I find out what this is for and if its legit? Its showing on my bank statement as the same code as a completely different transaction too.
