Shopify cannot issue a refund because case has already been closed in Paypal

Hi there,

I was speaking to a Shopify customer service and they would be more than happy to issue a refund for the current charge that was made.

But since I open a dispute on Paypal and it was closed without any resolution, they can't seem to process the refund on their end. Is there any way to open the dispute and mark it as resolve?

 

Please help me out.
