Scammed by fake seresto collar seller and no refund from PayPal. Sent collars all the way back to China, paid an additional 30 plus dollars, for seller to refuse delivery and of course no refund. PayPal stated I would get a refund once the package was delivered back to the seller. Seller of course refused the package and he gets to keep my money. Better protection needs to be in put in place and stop letting these scanners get away with this.
