Scammed on ebay payed on paypal

Hello to all,

I've been scammed for a spool I wanted to buy on ebay-kleinanzeigen.de 

I've paid for the item via the PayPal friends and family option and after payment was done never heard from seller again. 

I've reported him to Ebay, and made a mistake here and reporter the transaction not as Fraud but as Unauthorized access and can't report it again because it's marked as SOLVED.

Will i receive my money again? What to do next?
I feel hopeless. Please help.

Unfortunately, friends and family payments are not eligible for PayPal buyer protection. You basically ‘gifted’ the money. That’s why it was so easy for seller to disappear on you. PayPal rejected your claim for unauthorized activity because that is only for reporting transactions you did not log in to make.

If you paid with credit card, you can try a chargeback with your card issuer. Otherwise, the money is gone.
