Just had the same experience. Two unauthorised payments went through my PayPal account amounting to £80. The Wellnee web site is designed to scam visitors as there was no obvious check out procedure. I wanted to test a few patches..my wife needs help... by taking up the Black Friday offer. I was never shown a shopping basket to check what I was buying before authorising. As a result I shut down the web site only to find two payments had been taken from PP and even worse they were repeating orders apparently. PayPal are actively supporting these questionable people as far as I can see and I am eventually closing my account with them (PayPal) as clearly they cannot be trusted with my business. I also immediately stopped (or tried to) the so called orders to prevent them being fulfilled but of course Wellnee are so 'efficient' that shipment is apparently instantaneous so refunds cannot take place. The Customs admin charges and duty on goods from the US are already prohibitive in UK so let Trump bring on his tariffs so we don't have to do business with unscrupulous people in the US.

I have had exactly the same experience: browsing the site, searching for more information about Pain Relief Patches with a view to perhaps purchasing one box as a trial resulted in payment being taken for 4 boxes + P&P. Immediately I received an acknowledgment that an order had been received I made the first of several unsuccessful attempts to cancel it. The company's terms state that customers wishing to cancel an order that has not been shipped should fill out a Request form. This I did, but again without success. In spite of everything, my order is showing as 'in transit'.
Very fortunately I spotted that, without my knowledge or authorisation, payment terms had been altered to 'Automatic', and I was able to cancel that before more money could be taken.
I'd like advice, please. The package is due to be delivered. I do not want it, I shall not open it, I do not want to pay what are doubtless exorbitant fees to return it. What should I do?

I had similar problem with Wellnee. My order for two boxes had added to it an additional four boxes. An email to Wellnee provided no correction.
From what I read here it seems unlikely this will be corrected satisfactorily. Should checked here before placing an order. I have always used Paypal
for placing orders with unknown companies but did not realize there was a way to bypass the checkout procedure I have always seen when using Paypal.
Previously a final screen was provided to be sure the order was being handled correctly before submission.

Exactly the same has happened to me.When I complained first of all after me going back and forward she said the cost for me to return them would be expensive so she offered me 40% off the price.I was thinking well I suppose 40% is a lot of money but it would probably be better than nothing.Next thing I was told as I had opened a dispute with PayPal it was up to them to give me the money I pointed out they had the money and it was up to them to give me the money.I am stressed with this who can afford £81 30 I know I can’t.The parcel came through Evri and I sent it back at no charge. The name of the scammer I’m dealing with is July Fe up till now I haven’t had a refund did anyone else get a refund
