Reserves on account

Both types of reserve were applied to my account, holding a reserve of 5.000,00 $ of my existing funds. Additionally, PayPal is holding a reserve of 30% of my funds over 45 days. This limitation has been applied for almost 6 months ago. Business perfomance is very good, very low refund rate and dispute rate. How to remove this limitations. 45% of transaction include the shipping fee, which I need to pay to shipping company DHL. And now I am running out of funds. Received money are hardly enough for the fabrics that I use for production.

I would be very grateful if you can review my account and find it possible to remove those limitations.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Of course I contacted Support several times. But there is no solution. I just want PayPal to review my account and evaluate it to better conditions based on my business perfomance. It is almost 180 days passed since reserves were applied to my account.
