Both types of reserve were applied to my account, holding a reserve of 5.000,00 $ of my existing funds. Additionally, PayPal is holding a reserve of 30% of my funds over 45 days. This limitation has been applied for almost 6 months ago. Business perfomance is very good, very low refund rate and dispute rate. How to remove this limitations. 45% of transaction include the shipping fee, which I need to pay to shipping company DHL. And now I am running out of funds. Received money are hardly enough for the fabrics that I use for production. I would be very grateful if you can review my account and find it possible to remove those limitations. Sardor [removed]
