PayPal will never tell you why they banned you unless they are pressured to do so. I can't see where you are located so I'm not sure what regulatory body holds sway over PayPal, but find out and file a complaint. It's unlikely that this will help (PayPal's decisions are final, even when they admit that they were wrong), but at least you'll have information.
