Someone sent me $1000, I got an email in spam saying the amount was too high for me and that if the seller sends a further $500 to me I can refund the money and then accept the $1000. The seller than sent the additional $500. If not says I require to send that $500 back out of my own pocket before I can recieve the $1500. I am not going to do this, I can ring pay pal to have the money refunded back to the customer? This seems like a scam?
