So my account gets hacked my bank sees activity on bank card bank calls my stolen phone can’t reach me so bank contacts my wife wife agrees with. Bank transactions look wrong the turn card off bank puts missing money back into our account begins investigation now PayPal gets upset when I call them to report the fraud because bank is investigating results are proven to be fraud both by PayPal and my bank so bank wants the money PayPal took from my account be bank refunded me however PayPal says I need to pay bank back because bank gave me the money back and I must PayPal because PayPal says I got paid twice by the bank and because fraud found in my favor yet PayPal never replaced money PayPal took from my account do I make sense how do I explain to PayPal that PayPal took money from my account that is why my bank replaced that money now I won the case so PayPal has to replace the money PayPal took PayPal owes my bank I shouldn’t owe PayPal
