The buyer has opened a dispute and escalated it to a claim. The seller provided the buyer outside Paypal the shipping data. After that, the buyer has closed the claim. How does Paypal see the solution - in favor of seller? Will the seller get a reimbursement of the dispute fees in that case?

Anyone has any experience what happens to the dispute fees after the buyer closes a claimed dispute?
