Résolution centre error in dispute submission

Going through process on resolution centre to submit dispute of purchase made. After completion of filling in all requested details, PayPal flags ‘something on our side is wrong, try again’ - after submitting numerous times, consistent failure of submission thereafter with same flagged message. Please help ! Thanks in advance
