Permanently limitation without assistance

My first account got limited due to me being 18 and in my state you need to be 19 to create one. Now that I am 19, I made a new account and I get limited immediately again. I’ve contacted customer services and any numbers provided to talk to someone to get it resolved but only AI generated bots pick up the phone and are unable to help at all. Is there any numbers where a living human can pick up the phone to hopefully resolve my issue? I’m so stuck.

If you have been permanently banned on one account as it was an illegally opened minor account then you can't just open a new account at a later date.

You would need to reach out to customer services and ask if they will allow you to open a new account as you are now over 18, its not guaranteed as you have already broken their user agreement rules once already.
