Hello,
I have escalated a conflict few days ago and Paypal asks me in the resolution center, to
"Follow the instructions given to use the return shipping label shared by .
Step 1: Download a copy of the shipping label from this link"
But when I click on the link I get this error message: "Let's try that again. Looks like something went wrong on our end."
Also in Paypals email where I get asked to return the item for a full refund, there is my own adress as return adress!!
And there is no option to reply in the resolution center, to say their link for the shipping label does not work.
There is only the option "I've shipped the item"
What should I do?
