In one transaction I bought three products from Banggood. I have an open escalated dispute over the refund value of one item. After I escalated the dispute, there was an issue with the second item not fitting the description. How can I ask Paypal for a refund for the second item of the same open dispute transaction? Because to add another item to the dispute when it's one tan the same purchase? The seller tries to force me to close the dispute by saying that then he will refund me for the second item, but I don't believe them, every day they write something different. My point is that I don't want to lose the opportunity to ask for a refund for the second item after the dispute is closed for the first item.

The dispute stage is for you to negotiate any part returns / part refunds with the seller/merchant you purchased from.
Once its a claim 'if' you win then normally paypal will tell you to return everything for a full refund. Paypal do not get involved in part refunds or returns.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
