I ordered a product from a seller and received an email from PayPal saying I authorized a payment to the seller. Included in this email is the statement from PayPal quoted below which says,
"Issues with this transaction"? "You have 180 days from the date of the transaction to open a dispute in the Resolution Center."
After contacting the seller about the issue and getting no reply I went to the Resolution Center on PayPay and opened a dispute with the seller.
PayPal has denied and closed my dispute I filed more than 30 days after the item was delivered. Huh? How can PayPal do this?
Any help would be appreciated,
Shaunda Lindsay
