Every time I buy something on eBay I will get a notice from PayPal that they have detected activity from a device they do not recognize. I have had the same desktop computer for over 3 years and have bought dozens of items using it, but each and EVERY time I get this message. I appreciate they are trying to protect us but how do I get them to recognize my computer as being mine? How can I force them to recognize my device?

Hi @Leepowl,
Thank you for your post. This is a really good question. I would recommend to ensure that you are not using any VPN or anything that would be masking your IP address when you are logging in to your PayPal account as this can result in your account not being recognized. I would also recommend clearing the cookies and cache on the browser that you are using and ensuring your device is protected with an anti virus software. This should help resolve it for you.
Thanks
Paula
