Hello, Paypal asks for Inventory receipts and vendor information. But the thing is I'm a digital goods seller and I don't have these. Will I have my money back? How to solve this issue? I have no venders or any inventory receipts.
Explain why you do not have vendor info or supply receipts in a letter, pdf it and upload to each of the requests. The digital goods you sell has to come from somewhere, even if it’s a digital goods that you make yourself.
