I sold virtual goods to someone and it went really well, but after a day or two he reported that he didn't received the items when he really did. I backed up the misunderstanding with as much evidence as I can, including screenshots of him receiving them. But a few days later PayPal was in favor of the buyer and refunded the funds. I appealed the outcome, but in case PayPal favors the buyer again, can I do something about it? I really dont want to lose money just like this, just when I really need it. Please help
