I'm currently grappling with an issue where I can't access the Pay in 4 option after initiating a dispute on a transaction. Despite making regular payments, I find myself unable to use the service at my usual stores, and my bank-linked payment method also fails to work. PayPal assures me that they have placed no restrictions on my account and it should function properly, yet my inability to use Pay in 4 or my checking account options suggests the opposite. This problem seems widespread and remains unsolved, even though I consistently make payments on time and resolve disputes smoothly. It's perplexing that I would encounter this problem when I have automated payments set up and present no risk of defaulting. Has anyone found a solution and resolved this? I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
