strange, it's the code i see when i've used my debit card to pay for an InstaCart order, nothing to do with paypal at all... now i'm utterly confused as to what's happening, lol.
I just received a charge with PPPL CAN CAD CE as the vendor. Reported it to my CC provider and they cancelled my card and issued a new one. They told me it was a travel agency that posted the charge. I didn’t book anything, but I did just return from vacation and used my card at 3 hotels.
I just noticed this kind of charge on my CC statement, but there was more than enough in my bank account for the charge to have been fine. I know where the charge was from, but I'm not too happy that the payment was applied to me CC rather than my bank account (which is what I have set up as the default). Any reason why the payment would have been failed in that case?
