Not able to complete KYC

To complete KYC, In the personal information page i entered my pan card number and address and clicked submit then this error is showing "We are having trouble verifying your personal information. You have 2 attempts left to enter valid personal information."

Thank you for posting in the Community Forum, and welcome! I'm sorry to hear that the PAN details didn't match. If you've reviewed them fully and they match both the card and what's on your account, I would recommend reaching out to Customer Service for any other troubleshooting.
