Hello paypal comunity, i am trying to confirm an transaction and to do so i need to link the gmail adress to my curent paypal account. The only problem is that the gmail adress to which the transfer was made is curently linked to my previous account which was banned because i have accidentally clicked on the wrong country. It doesnt seem fair to be punished for an simple mistake..
Ask the sender if the funds are showing as unclaimed or completed on their paypal account?
If unclaimed then if you can't claim them they will return to the sender at 30 days post sending.
If completed the sender can file a dispute against that limited account for non receipt of item which you do not challenge so that they hopefully get a refund once they escalate to a claim.
